current RA at university, no pubs, 2 out for review, very optimistic

To the person who asked about University of Oregon notifications: I received a personalized email (it started with my name and had a document with my name saved in the title) from the program director

Can the post below on counseling psy phd interviews from Oregon indicate whether it is from PI or mass email? I have neither rejection nor interview so far, and as I know rejections are already sent via mass email.

Invited via email to University of Oregon's interview weekend. Pizza dinner/ social on January 25 and interview day on January 26.

Over two years of clinical research post undergrad. Lots of posters, 1 pub., multiple manuscripts in prep or submitted.

Sick during undergrad, grades suffered. Decided to do a post-bac program. Total of over 2 years research experience in one lab. Working now as a lab tech/lab manager.

Generic rejection email. A little bummed, but it's my first rejection and UO isn't my top school Good luck to those who received interview invites!
