Primary subfields are syntax, morphology and phonology! Listed Marantz and Gouskova as my POI.

To the person who got an interview with NYU, nice! Would you mind sharing what your subfield is?

Was contacted and informed that first screening was done and I was short-listed and invited for a Zoom Interview

Invited to open house day (early February).

Not high GPA at all and Toefl score(near but under 100), more than 4 years of research experience, 1 first-author publication in review, one patent licensed in the USA. So surprised when receiving the interview invitation....

Extensive research experience with diverse technical skill set. Work experience of 28 months in 3 labs including the one currently working in as an assistant. Three strong LoRs. One co-first author review paper with committed submission. One second author manuscript in preparation. 4-year Bachelor's degree with 3.24 equivalent CGPA. TOEFL, IELTS and GRE not required.
