Got an email congratulating me on being recommended to the grad school for admission (saying official admission would be extending in the next couple of weeks if I haven’t received it yet) and also inviting me to their open house. Do international students go for open house?

Got interviewed on skype on 08/02. The interview went well. I guess my profile is not good after all.

I haven't received anything about a video assessment/interview. But I submitted my application closer to the deadline, so I might be receiving one soon. I'll update if anything.

Had applied in the biomedical imaging area. Profile : Undergrad IIT : 8.58/10, Work Exp : 1.5 years in medical image analysis at MNC, Papers : 2 in mid-tier conf & journal. Didn't get any TAship or fellowship.
