For the PSU poster below who got rejected from Penn State but got accepted to a higher ranked school, may I know which higher rank school did you get accepted to?

Rejected from PhD, offered Masters program admission. Likely won't accept.

I was offered admission into the Masters Program.

They offered master program..not Ph.D. SO SAD T_T

Received masters offer instead. are they saying "you are not qualified for our PhD, but you are welcome to help us raise the money for PhD." OK! GOOD LUCK!

Offered the option to do an unfunded masters like the others. The email began "I am very pleased to offer you admission to...." XD

Great school and program! I was invited to the recruitment weekend Jan. 31 to Feb. 2, received an email informing an incoming offer after one week.
