4.0 CSD GPA

:') CSD GPA: 4.0. Background in a related field, relevant work & internship experience, research within the field, 3 years of leadership experience.

Didn't get an interview - just had to choose something. But to the post below, I have not heard anything from UNC either and am super impatient! Hoping they release decisions this week as I had heard it would be the first week of March. Has anyone else heard anything regarding when decisions would be released?

Out of field applicant, average GPA (3.64 undergrad), no GREs, a lot of personal experience, personal connection to the program. Still waiting to hear back from my top schools, so we'll see!

Kinda surprised because I got into Purdue which is ranked the same (and Iowa which both seem to have a better program)- but no worries! Also had long conversations with admissions people that went well, so a bit unexpected. Nevertheless, congrats to all!

Very very surprised, definitely in my top few. Strong research experience and volunteering in the field, showcased my EBP competence in the essay with the graph.

3 years of research, senior thesis, respite provider for several individuals with various disabilities, literacy tutor for an individual with Down syndrome and personal experience/connection to the field.

Surprised to get an acceptance! Very excited! Diverse background and research experience.
