2.8 overall gpa and 3.5 years of research experience. My last 90 credit gpa was over 3.3 and I have been in contact with a professor who advocated for my application since summer of 2020. 5 years of funding just over 28k per year.

My application was transferred to Genetics and Genomics from CCB on 03/01. I got the rejection email after two days of that.

Received an email to check the portal. No official word on funding, but from my conversations with my potential advisor, I'm almost certain that I'll be offered a TA position. I'm excited, but I'm not sure which school I'll be attending yet. Good luck everyone!

I had a great conversation with a prospective PI last year and was encouraged to apply, but I guess I wasn't as good of a fit as other applicants. 4.0 Master's GPA and significant research experience. Oh well, congrats to everyone accepted!

WashU undergrad. 3 years of research experiences. 1 publication (4th author tho) and 1 poster. My faculty host called and told me the result, said the official email will be sent out tomorrow.
