Anybody got any update from UCSD regarding PhD admissions in the Materials Department for fall 2020? Are they running late ?

Emailed the MFA program for an update and they told me that "applicants who have not received admissions decisions are currently on the wait list."

TTPB: I am not the poster of the end of international admission, but when I emailed the committee, they said they are still reviewing and sending out results. However, the current quarter is almost over and because they are busy dealing with how to start the next quarter due to COVID19, so they have pretty high workload. So please wait and they will keep on sending out results.

TTPB: did the UCSD confirmed that they are done with international admits??

TTPB; I got an e-mail from the POI stating that I got accepted app. 3 weeks ago, but still no update on the portal, no change in my status and thus no letter of acceptance..

To others who have been admitted: have you received the official letter yet? Any updates to your online application?

Got Accepted with full funding from UTSA. I have 5 years of relative research experience from India with two reputed conference papers. My GRE Q-154,V-142,AW-2.5 . Verry happy and excited. Good luck to all.
