This is my first choice. They could not take me last year due to funding issues. I am beyond excited!

Sad to have been rejected, but was also fairly certain that I wouldn't have been admitted.

Just checking up - haven't received either an acceptance or rejection letter yet, also no responses from the professor I was in contact with. Feeling super anxious about it - any news updates from anyone out there?

Not surprised - the focus of my POI has changed over the past two years but I applied anyway because I wanted to work with her and... why the hell not?

Was told they were very impressed with my application. No word on funding or if I got the TA position I applied for as well.

Got an email to check the website, and there was an acceptance letter! The official letter will also be mailed soon, it said.

Has anything other than a rejection from Michigan?

I just emailed the department (again!) and this is the reply: "I will be out of the office until Monday March 6th. To all the applicants: All applications are now closed and are being reviewed by the Faculty and the Graduate Admissions Committee. Notification will go out at the beginning of March. Good luck." last week it said out of office until the 27th of February and that notifications will go out at the end of February.... Are they kidding???
