Called to ask for an update about admissions decision; Asst. to Director of Graduate Studies said that all acceptances have gone out and if I haven't heard then I'm rejected and a notice will be coming by the end of the week.

American politics

Received an email from Hetherington (American politics) that I was on the short list of admits

As below. Informal acceptance (no interview), asked if I was still interested. I said no, so hopefully this frees ups some space for others! Great program!

Very informal email stating I'm on the list of admits but also asking if I'm still interested, meaning they're probably still finalizing the rest and looking for room. I'm shocked since I didn't get an interview.

They are not making any offers yet.

POI contacted me in mid-January and spoke with him over the phone. Got his backing, and on 12-Feb, I got notified I've been accepted! 5 years of funding! So happy :D

Honestly, I'm not surprised but it was worth a shot.

Email with link. Not surprised here: not a strong candidate and one recommender never followed through with letter.

Already was accepted by my top choices so not too upset, but a little surprised. The schools that accepted me are higher ranked...

Generic email saying to log in and check notifications.

E-mail to check website. Congrats to all admitted.

Soo excited!
