Received an e-mail telling me I'm on the short list and requesting an interview.

Asked if I was interested and asked for interview

Invite from PI to prospective student event

recruitment event on Feb 3rd. low undergraduate GPA. better graduate GPA (3.6). co-2nd-author paper under review. years of research experience.

Strong research (including paper & conference), strong GPA, competitive internship, strong (I assume) LORs, strong GRE general, weak GRE subject

Submitted application 11 th Jan 2016 .no decision yet .will they gv a decision or is it rejected ?anybody similiar?

Waiting for funding decision

Checked website to find admission, no e-mail. All application materials submitted 2/14.

I had an interview on 2/28, haven't heard back since then...still says "No Decision". The interview went well in my opinion and the candidates were chosen by the PIs themselves (was told I am not competing for a slot with anyone). Feels odd to not hear back this late...it's already May and the program starts in August

Anyone heard from Rutgers? Got the interview on March. Nothing then. Email them twice and got no response. Does it mean rejected?

E/E, VG/E, E/E found out on my Birthday :)

No email, I checked the online application status by myself. Only one sentence appeared in the "decision" box: "Your application has been reviewed, and the Committee has denied admission." 遅い！本当にありがとうございます！（凸^凸）

Submitted application 3/9/16 and heard back today via email.

Finally. Got a rejection letter from the Graduate School itself, not the program. 2a/2r.

well i guess they didnt have enough sits. already accepted somewhere else.

Good SOP and 3 good LORs and 3 years of work exp.7th reject of the season.
