To the person who posted below! I received the same email earlier this week that my application was forwarded to my intended program and today I got a formal acceptance. If you're accepted the email will state " The SLHS is prepared to recommend admission..." The waiting game is the worst but you got this!

Hello my friend! That is not an acceptance, but rather a notification that your application is being passed on to the CSD department for review. The acceptance email is different! Hope this helps & good luck!

I am a little confused TBH with the vague email I received from SFSU this week. I received an email stating that "I have met all university requirements and that my application is being forwarded to my intended program". Is that an acceptance? or have the people below that say they've been accepted actually receive a formal email stating they have been accepted into the SLP program for fall 2020? I've tried calling and emailing, but I haven't gotten a response. Help?

Only applied to 2 schools so I'm so beyond happy!!! CSD: 3.8 Cumulative GPA: 3.5 Took 2 years off from applying so lots of volunteer/related experience with different populations.

Do anyone know what is going on? I heard rumors about they are not hiring candidates for fall 2020 on this track. SUPER confused.

Completely expected- I was told that while a Masterʻs is not a formal requirement, they almost never accept students who donʻt have one.
