Accepted for Speculative Fiction--cross-posted on MFA Draft. Should hear about funding next week! Can finally say 1a in my numbers! 1a/0w/4r/15p

Got an email to check the website and was rejected.

Just got a call from Sarah Lawrence saying I was accepted for Speculative Fiction!

Extremely nice call from Paul Lisicky. 2a/0w/4r/6p

Saw some people posting that even though rejection emails haven’t gone out, you can see the decision in your guest account. Was hoping to not see anything, but alas, the “we can’t offer admission” was there. I wonder/hope they’ll send a formal rejection letter at some point. 0a/0w/4r/16p

Like the poster below, I received no notice of a decision. I checked my app status and saw that a decision had been rendered. Then checked my guest account and read the note, "We are unable to offer admission". And I agree that it seems cold.

Checked guest account and found "Unable to offer admission." Not even a little letter attached. That's cold, VT. Anyway, y'all fools. I was doin' y'all a favor by applying.

Checked application portal, saw Decision Entered, and then checked guest account.

Yay!! It's got a Professor there whose work I absolutely love. Getting a Graduate Assistantship seems to be a separate process... waiting for news on that...

!!!

Got waitlisted, has anyone been accepted here? Was funding assured?

Applied last year and had to turn it down due to no funding - seems it’ll be the same situation this year, but still nice to know they dig my work. 2a/0w/3r/6p

To previous commenter: nobody in MFA Draft 19 has posted results from Cornell, and everyone seems to be awaiting them eagerly based on historical timing

Has anyone thought about reaching out to Cornell and asking about their notifications // has anyone in the MFA Facebook Draft posted about receiving a notification from Cornell?

Funding seems dubious

Anyone else not receive an admissions decision yet from Miami?

Received an email this morning saying I can expect an official acceptance soon. No funding yet but I am "high on the waitlist for an assistantship." Very excited!
