TTPB: The exact same thing happened to me too! I was also told this in the interview.

TTPB: I am an international student and I was initially applied for the master. The professor told me they did not accept international students for master program, but only phd program. I had an interviewed on 1.14 and the professor said she would get back to me soon. However, I have not received any email from her till now. Still waiting :(

Are there anyone still waiting for decisions after interview with POI?

Prof reached out in January, finally got the official offer.

TTPB: I was the student who posted earlier that I got accepted into the masters program. My research field is robotics, I had one interview with a professor. I am pretty sure they send out decisions in batches so don't lose hope yet! Good luck to the other applicants!

TTPB: batches as in waitlists or they're still finalizing first round admits?

TTPB: could you please share your research area if possible? The department said that they started releasing decisions last Thursday and they will release decisions in batches. So I guess we still have chance.

TTPB: I'm in the same situation. I had great interview with POI and he said he would ask the committee to give an offer to me on his behalf. But I haven't heard from admission committee yet.
