Error in my previous post attempt that says waitlisted. I got an interview! Overjoyed

4 years of research experience (1.5 yrs at NIH as a visiting fellow), one related project. A person of interest accepted for a rotation. But the university received applications from a lot of outstanding candidates and I was not eligible enough.

International with a dual degree from US. High undergraduate GPA, 3 years of undergraduate research. Good luck to everyone. If you are International and got an interview I am very impressed...

Asked to schedule a call for tomorrow to discuss interview.

General rejection. 3 years undergraduate research with 2 years as a lab tech. 2 publications with 3 in preparation.

asked to check application portal. generic rejection letter with name on it. Was not expecting anything different but still a bit sad. But again International without a US degree I guess this was imminent.
