This was a long shot but also the only school I applied to. Horrible undergrad GPA, but 10 years of research experience, good GRE, excellent letters (including one from POI). Never give up!

Email to check portal. So happy to finally be admitted somewhere, but no word on funding yet.

Notified via email of an update to my applicant status page.

Got an email from the director of my strand (archaeology) informing me that I had been waitlisted. They mentioned how competitive the year has been and said they would update if they think anything will change. Fortunately, I have several other offers and like them a great deal. Congrats to those who got in!

Hi, to the SMU Anth poster below, do you mind stating what track you were accepted to? I know they make decisions separately.

POI was really interested, the decision was quick though.

Does anyone know if CUNY (cultural) has sent out waitlist notifications yet? I know some people got accepted a few weeks back but nobody seems to have been waitlisted yet. I am a post-interview/non-acceptance so just wondering if i should take as an implied rejection or if others have also not received info about waitlist? ty!

To the poster below asking about Cornell: No, I haven't heard back either. From previous years' posts regarding Cornell's admission results, it seems that we should expect to hear back in two or three days (10 or 11 Feb). Fingers crossed and good luck!
