To the Purdue posters below, I am still waiting for their decision. What do they mean by last week? Last week of this month or last week of the prime deadline April 15.

Graduated from the same department, received a standard rejection letter. Can't say I'm not sad :(

Notified in response to email sent to dept. secretary. If you've got into the LTC MA program but don't plant to attend, please let them know! I'd love to attend. Had a low GPA but solid in all other areas.

I emailed the department, they said they are behind in making final decisions. They told me that they will try to get most of the positive results out by the end of the last week...

To the poster below: I'm still waiting for my PhD results as well. No idea when we're supposed to hear back but I hope it's soon.

Anybody still waiting for PhD admissions for Purdue. Any idea when they will give the admits / rejects?

I have a fulbright grant and still haven´t recieved any news from Purdue.

Happy to be accepted, also got acceptances from USC and Cornell

expected.. but sad.

Mail said that the portal will be updated in a couple of days. All the best to the others :)

Looks like Astronomy field is getting way too competitive. On the verge of giving up on grad school.

I just heard back from my admission chairman and we won’t be admitting you for fall 2019. I’m sorry I don’t have better news for you. There will be a notification coming through from Purdue but I wanted to let you know personally by email. All our best in your future graduate study.

"Admission into the Civil Engineering program is competitive and many factors are carefully considered when admission decisions are made. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide specific feedback on your application."

"Thank you for your note. In response to your inquiry, the PhD Economics Admissions Committee is still in the process of reviewing applications and making their decisions. Unfortunately this is a quite lengthy process and it will be mid-April before they finalize their recommendations for admission. We appreciate your patience and consideration during this time. You will receive notification when the committee has made a decision on your application. "
