Was waitlisted after the interview. Got the rejection today.

Haven't heard of anything from UCI sociology, so I emialed the PG yesterday and today get the email to check the portal. How EFFICIENT! Anyway, not a perfect fit. And congrats to those get accepted.

Was waitlisted.

Hi anyone who is still about to make your decision not to go! It would be appreciated if you would notify them about your decision. BC is my best and last choice :( Thank you so much and congrats on a better place! And to people still hanging there for the last round of decision----- just wait for the good news and do something to reduce anxieties like I'm doing now.

I have been put on wait list, the director of graduate studies told me only one person has not accepted the funding offer. I hope the individual has better options and relinquish this opportunity for me. This is my last hope for fall 2023.

I asked the graduate director and got the result.

I asked the graduate director and got the result.

From wl. Thank the bro/sis withdrawn.

on waitlist of fellowship/assistantship

GPA is grad, no GRE. I just rejected my funded offer, so hopefully someone on the waitlist gets good news soon.

well, expected. It's good to know from rejections letters that how smart and excellent I actually am. Funny.

5 papers, TOEFL 100. Expected.

took their sweet sweet time with this notification, jesus christ.

Waitlisted mid-Feb, received a phone call from the AdCom Chair this morning notifying me of offer. There is one other school I am holding out for where I'm currently waitlisted at, which I will accept if offered a spot. I will otherwise be accepting Brandeis's offer, and will update the results page as soon as possible if that ends up being the case!

Anyone hear back about the waitlist yet? Still waiting.

I was on the waitlist and was now accepted. I will very likely accept the offer.
