Assuming rejection, but *still* have not heard anything out of this program. Contacted POI and director of graduate studies within the program, but no response from either. The graduate admissions office directed me back to the department. Disappointing and a bit heartbreaking, but I assume that it's chaotic at this point in the year.

To those who didn't hear back from Toronto: I don't know why, but they don't even reply the emails anymore. Perhaps this is an unofficial rejection..
