Did any international applicant get the admission or rejection in MS program yet? When will the school make the final decision?

to the poster below asking about penn state - I haven't heard anything as well yet. My portal still says pending decision. The other thing I have heard so far is that people got accepted on 2/27. I didn't see anyone post rejections or waitlists though. Penn State is on spring break right now so maybe we will hear next week?

Has anyone heard from Penn State? I've been checking the portal but it's been saying the same thing for two months now.

I believe all Penn State offers have been sent.

Checked with the office again today and re-confirmed they’re still going through applications. Apparently final decisions are likely within the next three weeks.

Those who got accepted if you plan not to go, plz turn down ASAP. Super anxious!!! cuz this is my dream school. And wish you all get ad of ur dream school too!!

I know an applicant that had an interview and then got admission but my application status is still "The initial phase of the admission process has been completed. Your application is now pending review by the program/plan of study admissions committee. Please be patient; you will be contacted by the program/plan of study directly when a decision has been made."
