Received an email stating that my application "is still under consideration." Did anyone else receive a cryptic message like this?

Has anyone heard back from jhu?

Email to check portal. Generic message.

TTPsB: For the robotics admits, were any details about the scholarship mentioned?

A couple of Robotics related school projects, one publication, no GRE, BE in ME.

To those who rejected from PhD ChemBE at JHU, were you offered MSE instead?

On behalf of the Robotics faculty, we would like to express our appreciation for your interest in the graduate programs in the Whiting School of Engineering at Johns Hopkins University. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you admission into the program at this time. There was a very large number of applications this year and intense competition for the limited number of admissions slots available. Thank you very much for your application. We wish you every success in pursuing your future endeavors.

MSc in immunology, 1 first author paper on Nat Comm, 3 co-author paper, 5 years full time research assistant. Was not invited to interview. Email to check portal.

I really felt that this program was a good fit and I thought they felt the same. Pretty sad tbh

Didn't expect this result. Congrats to those who got admission

Email saying that decision was available on application portal

Feeling gutted. Congrats to all that were offered admission.

No email, randomly checked portal.
