Interview on 12/2/20 went well. 50 applicants, 7 interviews, and they'll select 2 or 3 for Spring Semester.

Email from head of department stating admission. Funding info coming later.

Certificate program offered by the UEP department.

Decisions were emailed out at 4 pm on the final date given to students.

Strong writing sample, relevant work experience, average GPA, various publications

Was notified that I was waitlisted early JUNE via random email but was notified I was not coming off waitlist JULY 3. Interesting fact to note: last year I was also waitlisted but received an official "waitlist letter" via Department Chair, but this year, I was notified in JUNE by the graduate admissions board about said waitlist. I don't know if the discrepancy in letters from last year to this year was due to COVID, but whatever. Good think I accepted back in April to another program.

Good funding offer, great faculty, accepted their offer :)

Pleased to find out, but declined the offer for another program

OOF

161Q GRE, 159V. 110 TOEFL. But I had a weak background in Econ and quantitative fields, so this was kind of expected. (weird how it took them over three months to process my application though)

I hope I get a firm acceptance or rejection soon!
