Saw the portal first. THe email came 12 hours after the portal was updated. Also got rejected by Simon Fraser the day before. Well....

Not WL. Anyone receive any updates yet on their applications for IEOR program?

if you are planning not to go, please, please, please get me off this waitlist :(

Canadian undergrad with math major and stats minor at a Canadian uni (UBC undergrad in fact) with a 90.8% (converted to 3.92/4) average in upper level courses relating to degree. I applied to 8 schools all in Canada, and this is my first rejection. I got accepted into 5 and am waiting for 2.

It has been determined that your application may be better suited for consideration to the Master's degree program. If you would like your application to be reviewed for admission to the MS program, we ask that you please submit this form. Upon receipt of this form, you will then have the ability to complete the mandatory video interview in your status portal. Your application will be reviewed for the MS program upon completion of both the form and the video interview

Ignore waitlist, anyone still have not heard back anything from Columbia IEOR PhD? It is really a shame that already passed 4.15 and still have not any updates regarding PhD applications.

Interview early Jan to be rejected end of April, without any communication in between. Fortunately I wasn't really counting on it

It is what it is! Wish they had announced the decision much sooner. Congratulations to those who got an admit!

No GRE, Toefl 105, one research paper in IEEE, internship experience from 3 top firms, 3 LORS

International student with undergrad degree from the US. 2 publications (one outside of CS, one for a data science workshop), 2 years of undergrad AI research, 2.5 years of work experience as a software/machine learning engineer. Received an email to check portal, where there was a status update (rejection).

Tough break. Not sure what aspect I was underqualified in. Good luck to everybody else.

Not WL. Any updates from the MS&E program or other IEOR programs? Does anybody know if they started sending out rejections?

Not much to say.
