GRE not required • 3.4 GPA undergrad (out-of-major) • 4.0 GPA in leveling classes • 6 years teaching experience • 3 years experience as a DSP • no research experience at the time of application • KU is my dream school, and it was the only program I applied to. I'm so excited!!

Kinda surprised by this but this was definitely not my top choice so it's all good. 3.83 CSD GPA, out of state applicant, strong LORs and lots of volunteer and leadership experience.

I didn't even know that admittance/rejection letters had gone out until I check this thread this morning.. I didn't get an email to check my portal or anything I just did it myself after reading it here. I'm a little surprised I didn't at least get waitlisted considering my gpa, experience, and LOR's. Oh well! Congrats to everyone(:

Got an email telling me to check the application portal for the decision. Kind of expected this after I didn't get an acceptance or waitlist email on Friday, but it still stings.

Educational SLP track, 3.8 CDS GPA, strong rec letters and personal statement. Attended information sessions and met with advisors

Bummed I didn't get in but I know it's a top-ranked school and highly competitive! GPA: 3.7

Out of state applicant. Really excited about this acceptance but waiting to hear about financial aid offers. I had experience with research abroad and volunteered in multiple research labs during my undergrad and post-bac. I also had a lot of volunteer experience in various settings and 4 years of experience working in schools and with bilingual populations.
