Hi, is there anybody like me who hasn't heard back from them yet? My application was submitted very early (in Nov) but I had some problem with them receiving my scores from ETS, for which I emailed them in Feb and they immediately fixed it. So it's showing a date in Feb for when the application was 'completed'. Have they forgotten about me?

Please reject the offer if you are not going to attend! Thank you! -from people in the waitlist

Got recommended for Masters of Telecommunications

Lol.

Got an email from Tom Hurst. Saw this name on this forum a day ago.. Email starts with.. Dear Applicant, This is to inform you that you have not been recommended for admission to the Computer Science Master of Science program.

TTPB: Regarding UMD MS CS reject, did you get an email notification for rejection? How was the decision communicated to you?

They offered me a referral to M.Eng in Software Engineering instead, should I go for it, considering there won't be any DBMS, DS classes?

I have also not yet received any email from UMD, any idea what this means?

TTPB: yeah, I think everybody got that "Master's in Telecommunications (ENTS)".

Accepted with funding: 10hr GA worth 9,000 stipend, in-state tuition, and 70% of tuition covered, total package of 43k per year. Congratulations to all accepted!

To all the posters below, did you all get an official rejection email or did you get in touch with the point of contact, Tom? Also, cheer up guys!

Today has been terrible, UMD, UTAustin, and seems like Georgia Tech too now.

Expected.

:(

This is a red day. UT Austin reject, followed by UMCP. And then GaTech results awaits at 5pm EST. What kind of day is this? :(

Heartbeaking :((((
