I got an e-mail today to check my status. Bad news, but I tried this year to increase my experience with the application process. I will apply next year again.

Mail to check portal. Elaborate letter to announce the rejection. Very heartbreaking.

Email to check portal with a very curt rejection notice. Pretty bummed but not unexpected

Got a notification when I opened my application status that I had an unread decision document, it was a short and sweet rejection letter. One last school to hear back from before I have to give up for this year.

I am apparently on the top of the waitlist so is there ANYONE who has gotten into Rutger's PhD Anthropology (CITE) and is not going to be accepting? Please respond as I am very concerned.

The error post below (misspelt anthropology) was me also; my apologies.

TTPB: Many congratulations on your acceptance! That is very exciting. Are you willing to share your subfield? And/or POI initials? Thank you!

Same as Feb 14 comment. I have not received an interview invite or rejection. I have an offer but waiting to hear from UChicago before confirming the other one. I am sure it's rejection but hope they communicate soon! Any update will be helpful!

Accepted with funding for at least the 1st year. PI initials: JR

Has anyone else heard back from UChicago? Or have an idea of when reject/waitlist notices might come out?

Has anyone heard back from Yale yet? Or have an idea of when reject/waitlist notices might come out?
