Talked to the professor and he offered me a Ph.D. position. He also told me that the results will come out in a few weeks (sooooooon). Good luck to people who are waiting.

Submitted at the beginning of the month. Took about 2 1/2 weeks to hear back once the application was complete.

I had the interview two weeks ago and wrote a letter to ask about it yesterday. Our professor told me I was good but they were going to admit only 7 students this year. 7 students out of over 450 applicants. Fine. I shouldn't have hope for it.

Also got in touch with more than one POIs last fall and was encouraged to apply. Guess you never know

the program coordinator notified me of the waitlist status on 1/25, was not invited to the interview. I imagine this means that I am waitlisted for the interview. Hope this helps
