Why are there interviews in April.

They said they would let me know of a decision "no later than April 16th" is that allowed? I have another offer that I would need to accept by April 15th.

Got a notification to check my portal. No mention of financial aid.

Admitted to fast track MS to PhD

Professor Niu said the program will not provide funding. The first year tuition and living expenses are not covered. Second year funding only provide for top 5 students of Qualify Exam. Accept or Decline before April 15.

Has anyone heard an update from Florida?

Everybody who was at visit day was guaranteed funding (according to somebody, I forgot at this point), and that was around 10-14 ish people. IIRC they were all domestic.

TTPB: Is not having funding the case even for domestic students? I know of at least one January admit that has received funding at this point, but I am still waiting myself.

I heard you should find funding by yourself, and the funding condition is really bad, especially this year. So go ask some professors for RA position as soon as possible.

Has anyone heard about funding from UNC Chapel Hill yet? I was accepted in January but still nothing about funding
