Disappointed but not surprised; one of the faculty I corresponded with told me they had voted not to admit anyone this year (to the archaeology specialty, at least) due to budgetary shortfalls. Just wish they had told me before I spent money on application fees.

I found out about my acceptance about a month ago, but received an email today linking me to my official graduate school acceptance letter.

Same email about 500 something apps and 16 spots. Wasn't expecting it, but still sucks. I hope the 1% of applicants that get accepted post their profile.
