Yes interview then acceptance in the mail one week after.

Kind of surprised to be waitlisted but oh well! They said they had highly competitive applicants this year. Congrats to those that got accepted!

For those that were accepted already today, about what time was it? And did you receive an email to check or did you just check and it was up?

Email to check portal for status change. Very involved in clubs, research honors student, and clinical experience.

To the poster below asking about WICHE: I emailed the advisor, Michelle Wilson, who said: We try to work with all students eligible. I’m assuming you are a resident of California? If so, the WRGP should apply to you. The good news is that all USU students eligible for the WRGP have been able to receive it. We have many from the department each year who take advantage of this great opportunity. There is a simple form we fill out with the graduate school, but it isn’t available until July when the new fiscal year begins. Then once the form is processed, the waiver is applied to your student account so that only the resident portion of tuition will show.

Interviewed March 2nd and was accepted March 9th via email. Will be accepting.

CSD post bac 4.0 GPA, been in the field for 5 years. So stoked to get in here.

Did not expect to get into this program! Still waiting to hear back from my other programs before I accept, but it’s my top choice so far!

Extremely disappointed, this was my top school and so far I have no acceptances. GPA 3.78 GRE 148 Q and V and 4.0 in Writing. Did an independent study, research and and internship.

Got an email to check my portal. Said I was 15th on wait list out of 16

Email telling me to check the portal. This one stings. My top choice-- super local (10-minute drive), cheapest program I applied to, and I thought I had a decent chance. I'm still in denial--maybe they put up the wrong message me will send me an apologetic email? I can dream.

Will be rejecting this offer. Did my undergraduate here and know they take many out of field applicants because they make more money on people who need to take their foundation courses here too. Was accepted to 4 other programs ranked much higher than SCSU. The clinic here is an embarrassment compared to other programs, dirty and out-dated. Also wide spread cheating in the program that was never addressed by administration. Good luck to any who choose to attend.
