In January, I received an email that a Professor in Georgia Tech told me that I am one of the top batch, explained how PhD in Georgia Tech works, and asked me couple questions(whether I applied for my own school, etc). Then I got a bold rejection email. Is the previous email simply sent to a number of applicants? | ||||
