Still no reply. Does I have emailed them but still no reply.

TTPB: I'm still waiting for the decision from them. My application status is still just 'Submitted', and I'm not really sure that they even consider my application because of some lack of documents or something.

Is there anyone else waiting for UCI, UC Irvine Masters degree? Are all the results out?

TTPB: OK, I forget the program is Physics and there are already quite a lot accepts in physics.

They took sooo long to reply. Received an email to check my portal. Great program but this wait was horrible.

I am wondering why the result form UCI comes so late. Anyway... I withdrew my application last week and finally the notification comes today... Why are there so few results from astronomy@UCI. In fact I think there is a really nice professor.

3.3 overall gpa, 3.85 upper division gpa, 156 quant (61st), 153 verb(61st), 3.5 AW(41st), 750 chemistry(67th), 4 letters of rec (2 from very reputable chemists), manuscript in preparation, 2 years work experience r&d in pharma, 1 yr undergraduate research (senior thesis), ACS award, chem department award, I got into a rank 6 program and a rank 15. This was meant to be a backup school I suspect they skimmed through my application and declined due to 3.3 overall gpa and mediocre general GRE.

Emailed the public health graduate email about decisions and took almost two weeks to get a response from the graduate academic advisor - "We are still in the process of reviewing graduate applications. Once admissions decisions have been made, admitted graduate students will be promptly notified. Applicants who are not admitted will also be notified." I hope people are actually going to be accepted and they're not waiting to deny everyone at the last moment

TBP: I live in UTC-5, EST. It's currently 17:04 here, so it's 16:04 there. I can't remember which part of daylight savings time is "normal," though.

Just asked if the decision will be made within today and they said "Due to the number of applicants, the process may take some time"......By the way does CST refer to UTC-6 or UTC-5? I know according to definition it should be UTC-6, just wondering if they actually mean daylight time.
