Bad international undergrad GPA, Bad US graduate GPA haha 1st author of one good pubs (IF 11.5), co-author of the other good pubs (IF 11.2), 3 yrs of research experiences, 2 strong LORs from MD,PhD professor / US professor and 1 good LOR. I don't think bad GPA doesn't matter that much if you have competitive research experiences and strong LORs.

The following was from the email I recieved, "I am delighted to inform you that the review committee has recommended that you be invited to participate in a short, virtual interview. On the basis of these initial virtual interviews which we hope to complete during January, 2022, a smaller group of applicants will be invited to participate in on-campus interviews during February, 2022 (COVID permitting!)."

I submitted a research presentation yesterday, and today they sent an email for the interview invitation.
