Got an email to check the website. It was a really drawn out process and I don't feel that my application even got looked at because I applied after January 15th even though they were still accepting applications. I feel like I ONLY received the rejection once I emailed them a few days ago about the status. Which tells me that my application would've remained without decision/ignored if I hadn't emailed about it but who knows. | ||||

I applied on March 1st (deadline for international students) but I dont think they look at my application until May. I got the interview invitation mid-May and got the decision a week later. Since my GMAT score was sent a week after the application was submitted, it was not deemed complete until May. The wait time is extremely long (3 months for final decision) but since it’s my top choice, I guess it’s all worthy. | ||||

I received an email from the UCI admissions office prompting me to log into the portal to check my application status. I did not take the GRE. I have an unrelated bachelors that isn't in design, psychology, IT, or computer science. However, I did complete a UX/UI bootcamp certificate program before applying for this masters. I had a portfolio that I devoted enormous amount of energy to showcase some of my professional work as well as school work. | ||||
