Received an email to check the update in the application portal and found a generic rejection letter

To the poster below: I received an email from PI first & received the official email for recruitment weekend yesterday. PI Initials: JJ & PS. Would you mind sharing your PI initials?

First got a call and an hour later got invitation email. Interview weekend is March 12-13. Had high GPA and GRE, and strong LoRs. Super excited about this!

PI emailed me the invitation to the open house (2.6 & 2.7 ), still waiting for details from the grad advisor. Looking forward to it!

To posters below: Does anyone know if all of the interview invitations have been sent? If I haven't been contacted yet, am I most likely rejected?

Invited to a group visit in February.

Emailed department to inquire about interview invitations and was told that most of them had been sent out, but there may a few that haven't been sent.
