No interview, they just sent an email saying I was accepted!

Applied right at the Jan 15th deadline.

TTPB: Barry has been copy-pasting this response since a month. There is no use in emailing him. Barry will send the decisions whenever he feels like.

Anyone still waiting for PhD decision here? I have dropped several emails to Austin but no reply.

It is almost the end of April and I still have not heard back from this program. Does anyone have a clue on the timeline they are working with? Will appreciate any info!

I presented my research at two research conferences where I showed statistical skills such as machine learning and regressions. My undergraduate had coursework with Python, SAS, SQL, Tableau, SPSS, and R. I also had two internships, one for Wells Fargo and the other for USAA.

Ignore the waitlist. Anyone receiving the admissions decisions?

Rejected off waitlist. 2nd year in a row that my only success was a single waitlist that I was eventually rejected off of. Told by both programs that Covid played a huge role but after 2 years of failure, I have to start questioning if this is the right path for me. Covid has been brutal for grad school applications.

Did someone received any decision from the waitlist?

they already rejected me two months ago and now its a week after the 15th. super laughing about it since I already accepted an offer elsewhere weeks ago

Not even a proper rejection email but instead an email to check portal after many ignored emails about the waitlist nearly a week after the April 15th deadline. This one hurt.

Does anyone has any updates?

TTPB: mine is the same, I think you should let it go, they just do not care to send the rejections, I have already accepted another offer:)

Had to email the program coordinator. Was not selected in the first round to be interviewed (I am assuming interviews happened a while ago). The application says "in review" still. However, the program has yet to make an official decision due to possible space opening up. I already accepted an offer from a different school. Mentioned, "final decisions are typically determined in early-to-late May with offer letters to follow." Not very impressed with this process so far, wish I could have been notified I at least did not get an interview,

Any news? My profile still says, "Your file has been forwarded to the Graduate Committee for review." I have received no status updates for the last two months.
