Missed the call but voicemail left by Dorothea Lasky around 1pm est saying she was calling from Columbia with good news. Called back but she hasn't returned the call so will try again tmr (1a/1w/1r)

Missed a call from Chair of the department yesterday and played some phone tag before we were able to connect. With $20,000 scholarship offered. To the poster below: I was told that for poetry, they only accepted 18 applicants, or roughly 19%.

:)

Just got the call. I was worried because I saw some folks got in last week! Yay. Will still probably attend one of the fully funded programs I was accepted to but still stoked! 4a/1w/3r

Nice email from Terry Thaxton. No funding though. Bummer. (2a/2w/1r)

5r/1w/0a, and still waiting on two programs

Also haven't heard anything from Columbia. I emailed the department on Monday this week asking for an update since I'll be out of the county and they never responded. Another poster said decisions should be out end of March, but I think I saw two poetry acceptances on here last week so not sure if they've already sent out most acceptances.

Oh, I am definitely going!! Virginia you best watch out! 1a/1w/2r!

Kindly-worded form letter dated March 10.
