For those who got into NYU, does anyone mind sharing the decision deadline? On the waitlist and wanted to know when I might expect to hear. Thanks all.

Nice phone call from Chris Lowe explaining funding, deadline for acceptance, etc. Great news on a Tuesday afternoon.

1a/0w/7r/2p seem to have gotten the letter on Saturday and my parents didn't bother to tell me about it

Do I have a shot at all / does anyone ever actually turn down Brown?

REEEEfuckinJECTED Just awaiting my gilded acceptance from Irvine. I hear they’re delivering via carrier pigeon this year, so that’s exciting.

Just following up on my acceptance because Texas State reached out about decisions before info on funding was released. I recently found out I was awarded an IA/TAship for the 3 years of the program, which means tuition is covered and I'll be getting a modest stipend (on top of other scholarship opportunities through the English department once there). Majority of the students at Texas State get this or some form of full-funding/the equivalent of full-funding, so I have to say that I think the program is really under the radar and I feel really lucky to have gotten in! 3a/1w/10r/6p

A nice surprise! 1a/2w/2r/3p

Funny story: I only saw the preview of the email on my phone and assumed I'd been rejected. I read the full email a couple hours later. A very nice surprise! 2r/2w/1a/3p
