Email to check portal. Kms

This one hurt.

GPA is from master’s. 0a/2w/5r/3p

Notification to an application update in my portal was received.

Rejected via notification to check the portal.

Received email to check portal. Letter in portal said: “ We had an exceptionally well-qualified pool of over 200 applicants for the handful of spaces available in our program. As you can imagine, this put us in the position of having to turn down many highly promising applicants. In making these difficult decisions, we took into account not just the qualification of our applicants, but also how well their scholarly interests fit with our curriculum and our faculty's expertise.” Brb crying 0a/3r/3p

Very happy to be on the waitlist, UW is my top program! Here's hoping I see some movement! 1a/3w/6r/3p

Nice waitlist email, they had a 2% acceptance rate — not sure if there will be movement there who who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I emailed the grad coordinator and she said they had delays with their notification system. But that if I hadn’t heard by this point it’s a rejection. Hope this helps some of you.

no funding offer in the acceptance email ????
