[Ignore WL] I applied to the EC79 track, mailed the dept 2 weeks ago, got a standard reply stating "we will let you know by 14th April". Not a peep till date. It's frustrating that they mandate submissions by mid Dec, yet take their own time to release admits.

Was accepted at 7:30 PM EST, with the decision deadline being May 6 instead of April 15. Will decline.

Ignore Waitlist: I also haven't heard back. Checked the portal - nothing. Seems they literally just forgot to reject me too, based on the bloodbath we just saw on this page.

Finally a rejection. It's a shame most schools send all rejections out at once, and inconsiderate

Either they are not admitting anyone on the waitlist, or no one is denied i.e. everyone is considered to be on the waitlist if they are not accepted in first round.
