It's officially 1st July. Anyone knows what's wrong with this university. They are awfully quiet given they already told us to expect the decision by 1st July. I didn't pay to be treated like this. Utter ridiculous.

I was waitlisted but didn't receive a notification. we should accept our fate that we are rejected by usc. The decision should've been reached us by now as july 1st was the deadline. No hopes left. Just one thing tho, we deserve closure. this is seriously painful. If we all receive rejects after today, we should all email the university about the discomfort that they have caused us and that we'll never recommend us because of its amateur response to applicants.

TTPB: I don't think they will just disappear. It does not make any sense to not send a decision if they have sent the waitlist email. It may come out late but decision letter will be received whatever it is. Besides I believe it will come out tomorrow 1st July given they will be waiting for all the other admitted students to accept or reject by the June 30th deadline. Hang in there peeps...the misery is going to end soon.

tbh i dont think that they'll send the results. Hope everybody have other admits.

tbh i dont think that the'll be sending acceptances on the last day. what i think is that they wont even send us the result and obviously that means that we are rejected. please dont get you hopes up. USC knows about our results since they sent the last acceptances and rejects. if it were an acceptance than we'd have it by now. If any one hears from the university please let us know.

TTPB: I definitely agree with you. At this point, even if I get a notification of decision it would be a big relief. As much as I want to get in, I don't know how I will react if I get an admit. USC has officially crushed any sort of happiness for waitlisted students. I seriously want no one to be rejected at this point. That would be too cruel. Let's hope that it doesn't get stretched all the way to 1st July.

I think everyone still left with no decision should get ready to recieve a rejection or be ignored by USC. I seriously doubt that they'll be sending anymore accepts. with this weekend, we've only got like 2 days left. USC is really a university for spoiled brats.

TTPB: I am an applicant of Viterbi CS program. I applied to three CS programs and haven't recieved any status update other than the waitlist email. Their waitlist email was very vague so I dont even know which program I am waitlisted. But if we were to be rejected, I think we would have already been rejected with the batch few days ago. Maybe they are still waiting for admitted applicants to choose their enroll options. I still have hopes!

To all the students still waiting from USC. What do you guys think? What will be our fate? Are there possibilities of more admits so late in the game or would it be a flood of blood-red rejects? Because I think this wait has hurt more than any other reject. #hanging #stillwaiting

Has anyone heard back from the waitlist since April?

I hope that every other person who is accepted will make a quick decision. 8 more days to wait. hopefully we'll all get what's best for us.

I see USC graduates struggling to find jobs and gain citizenship in the US. Will be rejecting my offer and saving debt and life savings.
