I didn't expect acceptance anyway so good luck y'all.

Was accepted, and told about advisor, but not notified about the fellowship or funding package. Official email to come in the next few weeks.

Email from the department chair.

Had two interviews with faculty, both said I was a perfect fit for the program. Disappointed but will try again! Congrats to those who got in.

Email with letter attached. Placed on wait list and letter said final notification to come early May.

TTPB enquiring about my acceptance: POI is B.R.

Opened the portal today and was met with the rejection letter.

No mention of funding.

Last week, I saw others are admitted by the program, but I didn't hear anything from UCLA. Yesterday, I checked the application, and nothing changed. Today, in the afternoon, I saw the Checklist part was deleted. I knew I would get the decision soon. In the evening, I checked the website. And I got the official (reject) decision letter. No research experience, two-year teaching experience Congratulation to those who got admitted, and finger cross for the rest of us. Waiting for the decision is a torture, so I hope sharing my application experience can give a little help to people who want to apply for this program in the future.

Super excited! Still waiting to hear back from UC Berkeley and Harvard's GSE for their Master's program.

TTPB (Accepted on 27 Feb): Congrats! Do you mind sharing the initials of your PoI from circuits track?

Email to check my portal Thank you for applying to graduate study at UCLA. We regret to inform you that you are not being offered admission. UCLA receives many more applications than there are student places available. Each of these applications is carefully reviewed by a departmental faculty committee. In this extremely competitive environment, many talented and promising students are not recommended for admission by these committees. We understand that this decision is disappointing, and again, there are many more applications than there are places available. Inquiries about your application or the decision may be submitted in writing to: Graduate Admissions Officer, Aerospace Engineering, 48-121 Engineering IV, Box 951597, Los Angeles, CA, 90095-1597, [email protected].

accepted to the MS in epidemiology course.

[Ignore the waitlist] Friendly reminder to decline the offer if you know you won't attend... It really helps those of us on the waitlist
