This stung a bit, but it's okay.

Thank you so much for sharing, @ wait listed UMass Boston poet! What I find puzzling is that you were wait-listed, but unless I've missed a lot, there's been no (or nearly no) mention of any poetry acceptances or rejections there! Perhaps they notify their wait list first...? Anyone else heard anything?

Status also appeared on the online portal a few days before the letter via mail. If accepted and decide elsewhere, please let them know asap.

Does anyone know when we can expect to hear from BGSU?

I sent Laura Swendson (the MFA program administrator) an email about my status. She responded and said that I would have been notified by now if I'd been accepted or made the wait list. Official emails will come after the April 15th deadline. As it turns out, no news is bad news!

PLEASE let them know if you're not attending! i have not had any funded offers yet and i am getting desperate 2a/1w/6r

i don't want to be in the south anyway

To the person below me - I emailed them the week before last, and the lady told me that the poetry committee was behind the fiction committee; apparently first offers have been sent out already. They were supposed to get wait list offers out last week, but I didn't receive anything, so they either didn't do that, or they're working on rejections now. Hopefully we'll know something soon!

has anyone heard from University of Washington for the poetry program? I called a few times last week but no answer!

knocking on wood...

Got an email saying if I didn't get an email today, I didn't make the wait list. Not too sad 2a/1w/4r

Just got an email from Thom Didato that I'm near the top of the list and they're still waiting to hear back from 3 acceptances. If you're not going, pleeeaaaaaaase let them know ASAP.

Email preceding formal acceptance that will come in the mail. Offered an assistantship (waives tuition) and a $13,000 stipend for the 2016-2017 school year. Seriously considering accepting. 2a/1w/5r
