This is on my top list, if you are sure you will not go, please do let them know, many thanks.

Got email saying I got rejected, and that my formal rejection letter is coming through the mail

Received email this morning requesting phone conversation. Very informal, basically to update me on status of their decisions (several offers made, but want to make several more) and discuss the program in general, and hear what I've heard from my other schools. Request that I provide updates regarding other notifications as I receive them. VERY excited; I thought I was rejected!

Yay! My first response back from graduate schools from one of my top choices. I haven't heard about funding yet though.

This was my first choice. If you know you don't want to go, let them know, please!

Call from admissions chair; admitted 9 students this year. Meeting was today.

Personal e-mail, said they only accepted 4 people, and had sent out all the acceptances and rejections. Would only go to wait list if at least 1 of those 4 turned them down.

I got a phone call from my POI around 4:20 today (Tuesday) with my acceptance and funding offer. He said that they only had the decision meeting today, and that a letter would be coming. I don't know if all the professors called their potential grad students.

Call from Professor I would be working for. 7 acceptances this year, with full funding!

Predicted rejection - no worries - I've got 6 more...

lots of strong candidates this year, you are a strong candidate, please let us know if you want to be considered or thrown out. Blah, blah, blah.

first rejection, still waiting on UGA, UNC-Charlotte

E-mail and phone call. Only 3 accepted this year. Really excited!

It took them long enough! Ah well, I'm already going somewhee else.
