Received an email that there was an application status update, really disappointed

Also not accepted off the waitlist. Surprised, but I have accepted an offer at a different school.

logged onto the portal and saw decision. kinda disappointed that I didn't even get an email notification to check, it was just by chance that I did. been super underwhelmed by the communication from uva they seemed super disorganized. bummed cuz it was my first choice but congrats to those accepted.

Took myself off the waitlist. Congrats to those who were accepted!

Put on the waitlist again. Pretty shocked as I felt I was an overqualified candidate and this was my #1 choice. Seems they will notify us in the summer if someone drops, but I have committed to another University and will have to sign a lease and things, so unsure how to proceed.

I got an email that the cohort was full. Was anyone able to get off of the waitlist?

**TO THE POST BELOW** I heard from UC in February and was accepted. They sent an email stating there was an update on my application portal, so I checked and there was an acceptance letter. I would check your portal again and if nothing is posted, I would email and ask for an update. There may have been an error, I feel like they would have posted an update to the account whether it was an acceptance, waitlist, or rejection. Hopefully you get some good news!

Still have no heard anything from UCF. I reached out and was told first round acceptances and waitlist have been sent out. Anyone else in the same boat?

Finally got accepted off the waitlist. Was so excited as this was my top choice!

I was waitlisted back at the end of February and am, overall, disappointed by the lack of communication offered by UVA. I was waitlisted from one other school and received an email following the final decision date informing me that they couldn't offer me a spot. I'd already decided on another school, but some communication would've been nice...

Pulled off waitlist. Very excited for this. Several other acceptances from waitlist so now weighing options. This is probably my top pick though.
