Straight out of undergrad, no work experience and therefore no scholarship. Surprised I got through at all. Let's hope the debt is worth it.

Received an email that my application decision was available online.

I just turned down my fully funded offer. Best of luck to those on the wait list! They are making some great improvements to this program.

Very low GPA (although over the minimum requirement), but high GRE scores, has relevant work experience and good understanding of the program. Undergrad school was ranked top 30 by US News worldwide, so that might have helped me with the application.

Called GSAS and representative I spoke to said GID has not sent out any decisions as of yet though she said soon. I don't know what "soon" is but it's estimated to be around the next couple weeks.

Email to check website, no mention of financial aid.

Email to check status online. I'm actually pretty surprised I got in! Also, no word on funding yet.

Rejection e-mail voiced concerns that "applicant shows insufficient evidence of being blonde enough to offset claims of obstruction through clueless ditziness... Also applicant's belief that "transparency" has a definition would be a liability."

Turned down offer of admission.

I have heard absolutely nothing.

To the posters way back when about the global infectious disease: have you guys hear anything as of yet? Has anyone who applied to this program hear back anything?
