I am pleased to inform you that the Dean of the Graduate School has approved our recommendation for your admission into Princeton's Ph.D. program in Electrical and Computer Engineering. The Princeton Graduate School will send a formal letter to you early next week. In that letter it will supply information on the fellowship you will be awarded for your first year.

Status update on portal

Got an email to open portal. It said application was reviewed favorably. Further, "we have placed your name on a waiting list and are reserving a final decision until we know whether we will be able to make additional offers of admission to the Department of Geosciences."

Email to check portal

I mentioned one PI in my statement, and they contacted me for an interview in January. I won't disclose my subfield.

Email to check online portal. My master's GPA is 3.96. One first-author publication in preparation, multiple poster and oral presentations at conferences. Congrats for anyone who got accepted! If you are not planning on committing, please consider declining the offer sooner rather than later.

Wasn't expecting to receive an admit this season, let alone from an ivy. Plans for the year were destroyed as I wanted to do this eventually, but next year.

meh. does anyone even like living in jersey anyway?

Got an email from the Graduate Administrator for information regarding the visit days. They said an official email from the CS department will be forthcoming.
