I'm guessing for international applicants they accept students for integrated MS/PhD or PhD. Very few terminal MS students are accepted for Mechanical. Even after having 3 years of research experience and 3 journal publications in the relevant field, I got denied. Anyway, Congratulations to all who got accepted. Cheers! | ||||

I think only phd position is availaible at U Mich right now. Also the major reason why they are delaying to give decision this year. As of yet, I have not received any decision and I am certain it is the same for some other prospective masters student. | ||||
