Epic fail - all rejections this year. 3.9 from a top engineering school + years of industry experience doesn't go too far these days I guess. One of the reviewers gave me an excellent review all around. The other marked me down because I didn't say enough about diversity. That sank me. It's 2010. Can't we move past this diversity crap already? | ||||
