UGF award notice by email from department and dean

As expected. Got the email from the committee early in Jan, but finally ended with merely two-round email communication and then no reply anymore.

Does anyone know when we should expect to hear back from Penn State? I saw last year people heard yesterday.

Admission without funding

To the person who got the admission (Ph.D.) from Penn State. Could you please tell me which direction (Structure, Transportation, Environment Engineering) you applied? And Which POI you contacted? Thanks!

Rejected after interview.

Mass email...said they had over 700 applicants this year and want to enroll 25-30

They told me this in rejection e-mail which explains situation of MA applicants: "We'll send out formal letters next Monday, after we've sent out the last batch of admissions (to MA applicants)."

TTPB: thank you for your information! Do you know that if they already sent their master program offer for comparative lit?

I sent an e-mail which questions my application status and they told me that I was rejected. It was very polite e-mail. The e-mail also contains the information that they were planning to send rejection letters in the very next Monday.
