Masters GPA 4.0 in CS. One pre-print publication (not first author). To the person annoyingly writing wait-list entries below: I applied after the priority deadline.

Incredibly excited! Was not expecting this as they told us at interviews that they would only be accepting 7 students.

Applied after the priority deadline, received first update today -an email stating that the status had been updated. Generic letter of rejection on application portal.

Ignore waitlist. Has anyone heard back from the program after interview? Why are they still silent?

Invited to their "Applicant Day" on the 2nd of March, which seems to essentially be a recruitment & interview event

I received an email from the professor stating that I am not even on the waitlist. She said my profile was more for an Ecology&Evolution program or a Genetics program, unfortunately. They have not send me an official email yet.
